Shipping & delivery policy

• You use Realty CRM in a web browser at bestrealestatecrm.in, or your workspace's own address, and in the Realty CRM Android app.
• Your workspace, its users and its data are available as soon as your account is active, from anywhere in India.

• Free trial: your workspace is ready immediately after you sign up.
• Paid plans and add-ons: activated automatically as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes.
• Your GST invoice and payment receipt appear in the app under Settings › Plan & billing straight away, and are emailed to the workspace administrators.
• Enterprise plans and setup services: delivered on the dates in the written agreement.

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@floatinginfotech.com or call +91 84216 42148 with your workspace name and payment reference. We will activate it, or refund you as described in our cancellation & refund policy.
