Delete your account

If you use Realty CRM through your company, your company's administrator can deactivate and remove your user under Settings → Users. Your sign-in stops working at once, in the app and on the website.

Email support@bestrealestatecrm.in from the email address you sign in with. Use the subject "Delete my Realty CRM account" and include your workspace name.

• We confirm your request within 7 working days. We may ask a question to make sure the request really comes from you.
• We delete your account within 30 days of confirming.
• Workspace owners can ask us to delete the whole workspace and all of its data in the same way.

• Your profile: name, email address, mobile number, password and two-factor settings.
• Your sign-in sessions on every device, including the Android app.
• Your personal settings and notification preferences.

• Business records you created in your company’s workspace (for example leads, site visits and bookings) belong to your company and stay in its workspace, without your profile. They are deleted when the company deletes them or closes the workspace.
• Invoices and payment records that Indian tax law requires us to keep, for the legally required period only.
• Backup copies, which are overwritten within 30 days.
