Terms of service

Realty CRM is software as a service for real estate developers, builders, their sales teams and channel partners: lead management, follow-ups and site visits, projects and inventory, cost sheets and quotations, bookings and collections, customer support and reports. It is delivered online; nothing is shipped.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract for your business.
• Each company gets its own workspace. The person who creates it is its owner and can add users, set their roles and remove them.
• Keep passwords confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your users’ accounts; tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• Give us correct business details (name, address, GSTIN where applicable) for invoices.

New workspaces start with a free trial for the period shown on our pricing. No card or payment is needed for the trial. When it ends, we issue an invoice for the plan you chose; if it is not paid, the workspace follows the steps in section 5.

• Plans, prices and limits are listed on our pricing and in the app under Settings › Plan & billing. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, for the plan and any add-ons (extra users, projects or storage) you choose. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
• You pay online through our payment partners (Razorpay or PhonePe) by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or other methods they offer. We do not see or store your full card or bank login details.
• We do not charge your card or account automatically. Each renewal is a new invoice that you choose to pay.
• Enterprise plans are priced by written agreement; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We tell workspace owners at least 30 days before a change affects them; the price of a period already paid does not change.

• At the end of each paid period (or the trial) we issue a renewal invoice. Pay it within 7 days to continue without interruption.
• If it is still unpaid after 7 days, the workspace becomes read-only: you can sign in, see and export your data, but not add or change records.
• If it remains unpaid for a further 30 days, the workspace is suspended. Paying the open invoice restores access straight away. Your data is kept as described in our privacy policy.

You can stop using Realty CRM at any time by not renewing. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & refund policy.

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Contact leads and buyers only with their consent and in line with Indian law, including TRAI rules for SMS (DLT registration), WhatsApp Business policies and do-not-disturb preferences.
• Do not upload malware, try to break into other workspaces, overload the service, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful, defamatory or misleading.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk, and will tell the owner why.

• The business data you put into your workspace (leads, buyers, bookings, documents) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as explained in our privacy policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the personal data of your leads, buyers and partners.
• You can export your data from the app at any time while the workspace is active or read-only.
• After a workspace is closed we delete its data as described in our privacy policy, apart from records the law requires us to keep.

Some features connect to services you choose and pay for separately, such as WhatsApp Business, SMS gateways, cloud telephony, email providers and payment gateways. Their own terms and charges apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

• We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We try to schedule maintenance outside Indian business hours.
• Support is given through Help & support in the app and by email, at the support level of your plan, during Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST.
• We improve the service over time and may change or retire features; we will not remove a core feature you pay for during a paid period without notice.

The software, design, brand and content of Realty CRM belong to Floating Infotech Code Private Limited. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business during your subscription. Your feedback may be used to improve the service.

• The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it meets every need of your business.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data that you could have exported.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

You can close your workspace at any time by writing to us. We may end this agreement if you seriously break these terms or do not pay, after the steps in section 5.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by discussion. If that fails, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we tell workspace owners by email or in the app before they take effect.
