Your plan, invoices and renewals

Open Settings → Plan & billing (only people with billing access see it).

• Current plan shows your plan, the renewal date and any add-ons.
• Usage this month shows users, projects, leads and storage against your limits.

Change plan or renew

1. Under Change plan or renew, choose Monthly or Yearly and click a plan.
2. Add extra users, projects or storage if you need them.
3. Click Continue to payment and pay by UPI, card or net banking.

Invoices

Every invoice with GST is listed under Invoices, ready to download.

If a payment is late

After the renewal date there is a short grace period. If the invoice is still unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only (you can see your data but not change it) and later suspended. Pay the open invoice to restore access straight away. Nothing is deleted.
