Create a cost sheet (quotation)

Give a buyer an accurate price with GST, stamp duty, registration and charges, as a PDF.

You can start a cost sheet from three places:

  • Quotations → New cost sheet
  • Inventory: click a unit, then Cost sheet
  • A lead: click New cost sheet

Fill it in

  1. Pick the unit. The carpet area and rate come from the project.
  2. Add floor rise, parking and club charges, and any discount.
  3. GST, stamp duty, registration and maintenance are calculated with your rates from Settings → Company & rates.
  4. Save, then Download PDF or send it to the buyer.

Discounts that need approval

If your company uses approvals, a discount above the limit goes to a manager first. Set the limits under Settings → Lead rules → Approval rules. Requests appear under Approvals.
