Book a unit and collect payments
Record a booking, follow its payment schedule and record each payment with a receipt.

Book a unit
- Open the lead and click Book unit, or open Bookings → New booking.
- Pick a unit, add the Applicants, and confirm the Pricing.
- Save. The unit becomes Booked and the payment schedule is created from the project's template.
Record a payment
- Open Payments and click Record against the instalment.
- Choose the mode (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, cheque, demand draft, cash, card or home loan) and the reference.
- The payment appears under the Receipts tab of Payments, with a receipt you can download.
Stay on top of dues
- Construction-linked instalments fall due when the stage is marked complete on the project.
- Payments shows what is outstanding and the Overdue ageing.
- Remind buyers automatically with a Payment due message automation (see WhatsApp, SMS and email templates and automations).
Bookings and payments are part of the Growth plan and above.
