WhatsApp, SMS and email templates and automations

Connect the channels

Under Settings → Integrations:

• WhatsApp Business (Cloud API): enter the phone number ID and the permanent access token from Meta.
• SMS (MSG91, DLT): enter the 6-letter sender ID and the MSG91 auth key.
• Email (SMTP): the mailbox that sends cost sheets, receipts and scheduled reports.

Templates

1. Open Communication and click New template.
2. Choose the channel and write the message. For WhatsApp, enter the approved Meta template name; for SMS, the DLT template ID.

Automatic messages

1. Click New automation.
2. Choose the trigger (new lead, site visit scheduled, booking created, payment due, payment received, no activity for 7 days, or birthday), the template, and a Delay (minutes).
3. Optionally limit it to one lead source.

Every message sent or received shows on the lead's timeline.
